Day Two Summary

This day of workshops is designed to provide a unique insight into growing your existing business to the “Next Level” or helping you start your business with “Next Level” growth in mind.  For the majority of attendees, “Next Level” growth is defined as doubling your sales, net income, and/or profits in three to five years.  A rare few of our attendees will strive for “Extreme Next Level” growth defined as increasing sales, net income, and/or profits by a factor of 10 in three to five years.

While there are many business and entrepreneurial workshops on the basics of starting a business; this program is not about the basics at all.  This program is about changing your perspective about what is possible and giving you the tools to make it possible.

To help you grow to the “Next Level” you will learn to increase your credibility and capability, effectively market yourself, produce products based on customer demand not your desires for your customers, create a profit path, build a following, and reduce costs.

Ms. Lauren Dixon and Mr. Craig Jerabeck. 

                    

In my opinion, Ms. Dixon is Rochester's foremost expert on the subject of marketing and Mr. Jerabeck has used his proven marketing system to grow his company to number two on the Rochester Top 100 list.

·      Welcome, acknowledgments, announcements, and introduction (8:30 – 8:45)

 Growing Your Business To the Next Level

·      Review information from day one (8:45 –  9:00)

·      Creating the resources to required to grow to the next level (9:00 – 10:00)

a.  Using collaboration to increase your credibility, capability, capacity, and success with special guest presenter Ms. Valerie Weissert.

·      Learn from those who have already created your vision or have expertise in your area (10:00 – 11:00)

a.      Explain the concept of a business model

b.     Understanding what business are you in?

c.      Marketing as a primary strategy for growth

·      Break to prepare for lunch

·      Lunch  (11:00 – 12:00)

·      Keynote Speaker Mr. Craig Jerabeck (12:00 – 12:45)

·      Determine the best Marketing “Model” for YOU to grow your Business to the next level (1:00 – 2:45)

o   Personal marketing (Mark Dulaney)

o   Social marketing (Mr. Lomax Campbell)

o   Publicity (Ellen Rosen)

o   Information as a means of marketing (Mark Dulaney)

·      Building a marketing model that takes the best of all marketing Models and tailors them to your product, industry, and personality with Marketing Keynote Speaker Ms. Lauren Dixon

·      Have someone you are accountable to (2:45 – 3:00)

·      More time for networking and conclusion of the day (3:00)
